User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:51.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0
Build ID: 20170125094131

Steps to reproduce:

1) Log-in to the Android Device Manager.
2) Click on the 'gear' icon on the right.
3) Try clicking on the drop-down's options that open.
4) Not clickable.

Actual results:

The dropdown is not given the proper focus that it needs & hence is not clickable by the user. The same option is clickable on Chrome, so, I guess that's not an issue with the Material Design library.

Expected results:

The user should have been able to click on the links that are present in the drop-down.
