Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Enable Quick Launch 2.Close all mozilla windows (leave quick launch) 3.Open a mozilla window Actual Results: Mozilla sometimes takes long durations to open. Expected Results: Mozilla should open almost instantaneously.

I'm not sure this is the same as bug 125100. I see this problem on Windows and on Mac OS9. At random times it takes forever to open and the hard drive thrashes like crazy. I can't seem to reliably reproduce it on either platform.
there is another problem. If mozilla crashed and you relaunch it, mozilla deletes the whole disk cache because it's in an unkown state. We will add a progressmeter for that.
