User Story

As a user, I want to be able to leave feedback about the usefulness of an article page to me, using simple options like "This was helpful" and "Not helpful enough", with the second option expanding to let me provide more details about the reasons for the article not being helpful enough.

Doing this doesn't look trivial sadly! And not something we will have time for in this quarter. Setting to WONTFIX. Let's revisit and possibly re-open at the All Hands in Mexico or after rolling back to Lithium (which ever comes first).
