Steps to reproduce:

1. Copy a URL to the clipboard.
2. Tap the Location Bar
3. Tap selected URL


Actual results:

URL becomes deselected. Text insertion cursor jumps to the end of the URL.
If I tap and hold on step 2, I get a menu that includes "Paste and Go". But if I tap and hold at step 3, there is no way to "Paste and Go"


Expected results:

"Paste and Go" should appear in the context menu when I tap and hold on the selected URL.

Safari has the same behavior.

Safari does not have the same behavior on the second tap. Safari keeps the URL highlighted and offers Paste and Go as a contextual option. Chrome also keeps the URL highlighted on second tap but does not offer Paste and Go or Paste and Search.

Let's add Paste and Go to the contextual menu and stop the URL from being deselected on second tap.
