In bug 1348824 I removed 45 entries from the esr52 patcher config to make the tests greener.

Before we start 52.2.0esr builds, we should merge the esr45 patcher config (past-updates + release entries) into the esr52 patcher config so we can run update verify tests properly for the old releases.
