The icon from the confirmation pop-up is not displayed after the WebExtension is removed from about:addons.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox with clean profile.
2.Create extensions.webextPermissionPrompts and set it to true.
3.Download the latest version from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/screenshot-capture-annotate/versions/
4.Drag & Drop/Install from the file, the downloaded WebExtension.
5.After the confirmation pop-up is displayed, click outside of the confirmation pop-up for defocus.
6.Remove the WebExtension.
7.Refresh the web page.
8.Click on the confirmation pop-up.
[Expected results]:
- The icon from the pop-up confirmation is displayed
[Actual results]:
- The icon from the pop-up confirmation is not displayed.

- This issue reproduces constantly.
- Please take a look at the attached gif file.

This was a weird side impact from another fix, only seen if happens within 30 seconds...
