This is a spinoff of bug 134845 and deals with the remaining issue of bad layout when print previewing. The patch in bug 134845 should be installed to avoid the crash, but on my printer the value of pixels to twips should not be that small (and has gotten horked probably because of some data corruption somewhere else).
This is caused by "shrink to fit" being turned and very wide pages shrink down too much. This is fixed by bug 135013 dup'ing *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 135013 ***
