Open http://umediaserver.net/umediaserver/demohtml5player.html playback doesn't start. though once you seek in a buffered zone it works fine.
The stream starts with a frame having a negative time. the next keyframe added is located at 2.9s. hence playback doesn't start. either the timestamps need to be fixed or the player need to seek to the first buffered frame
