Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0
Build ID: 20170317213149
Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox, enable the bookmark bar, add bookmarks inside a new folder
Actual results:
The folder has a generic folder icon.
Expected results:
I should be able to set a custom icon for the folder, so that i can easily distinguish between categories. I love firefox and i use the bookmark bar *a lot*, so this feature could really speed up my workflow, because i don't have to look for the folder name, i could just see the icon. Just like bookmarks in the bookmark bar outside folders.

The Firefox add-on Bookmark Folder Image https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/bookmarks-folder-images/?src=search allows to set custom folder icons.
The Firefox add-on Thin Bookmarks https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/thin-bookmarks/?src=search allows to e.g. hide the folder titles.
Ok, Thanks. This helps. But default is king ;)
Plugins often come with weird theming, and this one is no exception and not very straightforward to use. I'd love to just be able to right-click on a folder in the toolbar, select properties (that option is already there) and then be able to just set either a custom image or a saved image of one of the contained websites. That'd be awesome!
