135042 - FTP download saving progress dialog not working

When downloading using the FTP protocol, the saving dialog window does not
display a progress bar.  The "time left" indicator increases rather than
decreases.  And the downloading indicator always reads x of 0Kb, where x is the
count of bytes as it increases.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any directory within above URL
2. Click on file to download
3. Click on save button in next window
4. Observe save dialog's progress window
