xpcshell tests for the permissions api crash on android: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=ff872b761b1c02231392aba68143cb32bfeab502&selectedJob=86377349 The test is disabled for now since optional permisisons aren't fully supported there but this should be fixed.
