User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Build ID: 20170316213829 Steps to reproduce: Opened a website login with a password stored in the password manager. Cancelled popped up master password dialogue. Entering login mail address (as stored in password manager), cancelled again popping up dialogue again. Setting cursor focus into website login password field. Actual results: As long as cursor is in password input field, the master password dialogue doesn't stop appearing again and again after having been cancelled. It forces the user to give master password and prevents him from using the website (or even firefox in all) without entering the master password. Expected results: Master password dialogue should pop up maybe one last time but no longer after having been cancelled. User should be able to insert password manually then.
By the way: I already disabled all plugins and reinstalled FF 52.0.1 but the error described above persists.
