From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.9+)
Gecko/20020401
BuildID: 2002040103
I've built a sidebar that uses a meta tag to reload itself every x seconds. Each
time the sidebar reloads itself, that mozilla window get's the focus. This get's
very annoying when writing large emails :)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load the sidebar in your sidebar panel
2. open a mail compose window
3. wait for the browser window to grab focus
Actual Results: browser window get's focus
Expected Results: browser window stays lowered

Do you see that also with 0.9.9 ?
Could be a dupe of bug 134317

I just have this build at hand... I just noticed it, and have been updating
nightlies on daily basis... so it probably wasn't in 0.9.9

Just read the other description... and it seems to be the same bug... The only
difference is that I don't see it on other windows, just in my sidebar. That
could be due to the fact that I have tabs turned on at all times...
