When Firefox offers to "restore tabs from your last session", when placing those tabs in the tabstrip we should animate the tabs sliding in to place from bottom up instead of the tabs just appearing as they do now. See attached MP4 for demonstration.

It seems like this would actually be a pretty nice thing to do for regular tab open animations? It seems much nicer than the current "show spinner"/"show spinner again"/"show favicon" thing, with a more explicit cue of when the page loaded.
