User Story
OpenVR is currently only available for Windows, so this UI does not need to be displayed on other platforms. Linux support will be added soon afterwards. The dom.vr.openvr.enabled preference enables this feature. Changing this preference will require a browser restart.

We have a global switch for enabling VR in the "Privacy and Security" section of the about:preferences page.
There are no plans to add an OpenVR specific option for now.
