Details

STR:
1. Start nightly on a new profile. It will start with two tabs.
2. Use the mouse to drag the first tab out of the window so it spawns a new window.

AR:
The tab in the new window has the loading spinner going continuously and never seems to stop

ER:
The spinner stops.

I've seen this on both OS X and windows. Didn't check Linux but I assume it happens there too.
