CSS Color Module Level 4 defines an hwb() function allowing to specify colors by a starting hue and a degree of whiteness and blackness to mix into that base hue.
This bug is meant to implement this function.

I see this is now resolved. Should someone update the compat data here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/color_value/hwb() ?
For now it says this is only supported by Safari.
