Details

Have not used this feature for quite a long time (or it wasn't mozilla, I can't
remember). Now it doesn't seem to work properly: mailing list dialog is modal,
thus cards in address book cannot be selected. You can add an entry to a mailing
list only by typing.

Verified Duplicate.

Another workaround:
- Create a list
- Select the parent address book and expand the widget to see mailing lists in
the directory pane
- With the parent address book selected you should be able to drag-n-drop an
entry onto the mailing list in the directory pane.
