Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:0.9.9+)
Gecko/20020403
BuildID: 2002040313

Enable `ask me before storing a cookie/image'. Make sure there are no
cookperm.txt entries for rcm-images.amazon.com. Visit a site that uses
inlined images from rcm-images (such as http://www.macslash.com/).
Mozilla proffers a ``Site rcm-images.amazon.com wants to load an image..''
dialog. This dialog remains, no matter with choice of `yes/no' and
`remember/not remember' is made. Mozilla will respond to paint requests,
but won't preform any actions from menus, etc. (for example, won't quit).

Unlike previous problems where a dialog would be offered multiple
times, followed by a crash, the dialog is not removed/replaced, and
the browser does not crash, but must instead be killed. Also unlike
previous the previous problem, the cookperm.txt file is NOT correctly
updated. The only way to view this site in Mozilla is to disable
those features or edit cookperm.txt manually.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable `ask me before loading images'.
2. enable `ask me before loading cookies'.
3. visit http://www.macslash.com/

Actual Results: browser hangs, stuck in semi-modal dialog. Menu items may be
chosen but do not function. The browser must be killed at this point.
