I've been trying to paste a URL or backspace from an existing URL and hitting
"ENTER" key will not submit the URL to Mozilla.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Paste a new URL into URL bar.
2. Hit "ENTER" key.
3. Nothing happens.

Actual Results:  Same as above.

Expected Results:  I expected to go to new URL.
