1353852 - Update the list of supported Nightly locales

As part of bug 1353503 we're adding all Aurora locales to Nightly, we need to update Ship It. Hopefully we'll have builds tomorrow.

We don't have builds yet for Firefox. We're adding them in bug 1353506, hopefully we'll get autoland merged before the next Nightly cycle.

We have builds now.

This is going to be needed for our communication around dawn, not sure if it needs to be deployed to allow download from mozilla.org

I still don't see builds for Fennec, but I don't think that affects Ship It in any way
