Details

Bug 1344038 shouldn't have required to add a --help dependency to the toolkit function. In fact, --help works just fine without the dependency. Only the linter complains about it.

I'm not sure what specific bug addressed this, but cases like the one mentioned from bug 1344038 don't require --help dependencies anymore. (and as a matter of fact, the one mentioned was removed in bug 1520677)
