We need a preference, or a drag away method, that will allow the tab browsing bar to be on the bottom of a window, or possibly the left or right side, too. I know I personally work towards the bottom of a window more often than the top and the tabs are often quite a distance away compared to the normal windows taskbar on the bottom. (The switch from open new window to open new browser being at the top of the context menu has caused me to try tabbed browsing more now, and this is a definate annoyance for me, and probably others.)
