Info popup not displayed
The info popup showing the element's ID and classes plus its dimensions is not shown anymore.
STR:
1. Go to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/.
2. Scroll a bit down so that the header is only partially visible.
3. Within the node view hover the <header id="main-header"> element.
=> The element is highlighted within the page but the info popup doesn't appear.
According to moz-regression the culprit that caused this error are the changes of bug 1312103.
