Details

After loading the URL scrolling the main frame is impossible with the keys (up,
down, pgup, pgdown, home, end) and the mouse wheel (works with other pages). 
The only way to scroll is to use the vertical scrollbar with the mouse (either
clicking on the arrows, or grabbing the slider with the mouse), but the latter
is awfully slow (on a Celeron@850), and causes Xfree86 and Moz use almost all of
the CPU (~50% and ~30% according to top). 

Using any of the alternate style sheets enables scrolling, but switching back to
"Main" reintroduces the bug.
