1355049 - Bookmarks do not appear initially after synchronize an account it is necessary to force sync

Description

Not sure whether this is a bug or not or if it is already covered in another bug, but looks like at the first sync the bookmarks are not shown.

Steps:
1-Go to Menu -> Settings -> Sign in to Firefox -> Login with a valid account and confirm on the email received
2-Go to History -> Synced Devices
3-Go to Bookmarks tab

Actual:
1-On settings it is possible to see the account and Sync Now which shows the last time the synchronization was done
2-The synced device and the tabs open there are correctly shown
3-This is empty, with the default message 'Bookmarks you save will show up here' shown.

Note: If after checking that the bookmarks have not been synced, I go to Settings -> Sync now options and then back to Bookmarks tab, then, the bookmarks appear correctly

Expected:
As it happens with the Synced devices and open tabs, I would expect to have the bookmarks available at the first synchronization without the need to force it from settings so that they are shown or having to wait till there is a synchronization (in case there are automatic ones every 'x' time)

Sounds like https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1345597 could be the root cause here. Do you think we can mark this as a dupe of that one?

Yeah, sounds like the root cause could be that one being this a particular issue. In this particular case you can see that your account is correctly synced (both in settings and under History tab), it shows your account (settings) and under synced devices the name of them are shown as well as the open tabs(History). 
We can mark this as dup of that one, my only concern is that once the sync is shown correctly in all places, we also have to remember to check this bookmarks issue.
