135525 - Requesting change to status/reassignment part of New Bug form

Request for enhancement. The purpose is to enable multiple actions with 1
submission instead of having to go back to the bug to change status and
assignment. So these would technically be 2 different sets of radio buttons:

Status:
O Leave as NEW
O Accept bug (change status to ASSIGNED)
O Resolve bug, changing status to [     ]
O Resolve bug, mark it as duplicate of bug #

Assignment:
O Reassign bug to
O Reassign bug to owner and QA contact of selected component

Nice idea.  Bugscape uses the bugzilla code base so modifications would be made
on the bugzilla codebase side.  I will move this bug there.

Actually this might work better with the additional field under Assignment.

Status:
