6. Issue Description (Wrong behavior) (M) : Youtube shows double loading icon in a slow network
7. Expected behavior (M) : loading icon should be displayed normally

8-1. Low network (ex. 2.4 Wifi)
8-2. Firefox - youtube.com
8-3. play any video
