Normally Pete creates these for Windows workers so I'm not sure what's involved but know it should look similar to https://tools.taskcluster.net/auth/roles/#worker-type:aws-provisioner-v1%252fgecko-1-b-win2012

This worker won't be taking jobs from tree, it's rather to support unbranded chrome builds in bug 1355152
