1356559 - two icons of FF nightly when pinned to task-bar

Steps to reproduce:

Conditions - FF nightly icon was pinned to task-bar.
Platform    - Win 10 X 64 

1) click on pinned icon of FF nightly after updating the build.
2) FF nightly gets opened in separate icon in the task-bar other than the pinned one. if pinned icon is clicked, it will open a new window. ( Refer screenshot on - http://imgur.com/a/olGGY )

3) Next day, when i gain update the build, same case as in step 2 happened but this time pinned icon seems like a notepad icon.(Refer screenshot on - http://imgur.com/a/UVXLR )



Actual results:

As mentioned in step 3 of S.T.R

NOTE - does not happen every time but noticed several time on same platform.

Expected results:

Pinned icon of FF-Nightly should remain same and merged with every new update of FF Nightly build.

Confirmed with Madhuri on IRC that this issue happened only with Nightly, _after_ updating Windows 10 to the latest build (1703, 10.0.15063.138). Release QA is currently looking into it.

It's a known bug which appears after updates, Firefox is not the only application affected (I think the bug is in here since Win 7).
