When right clicking on bookmarks on the personal
toolbar, one cannot select "Open in new Tab"
This is very annoying for those of us who are tab savy and is inconsistant
with tab accessability.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.make sure you have aobokmarked page in you personal toolbar
2.right click on it
3. witness no "open in new tab" 

Actual Results:  I decided to submit a bug report :)

I know this might not seem like a bug, but a feature.
I argue it is a bug, since in every other place where
one sees "Open in new window" there is a corresponding
"open in new tab".

I, for one, am very grateful!
