1357156 - Clean up HTTP middleware fetching from webapp

Now that we no longer use the middleware from the webapp [0] we can clean up the code that we used to do HTTP GETs to the middleware and clean up the code so that it only does instansiation and calls to the implementation classes. 
So no more of this: https://github.com/mozilla/socorro/blob/1d777f0219126c4a3b7f3c8d2d9b2b5526a88642/webapp-django/crashstats/crashstats/models.py#L194-L198
