Netflix Error Code: F7355-1204 when trying to play on Firefox 52
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Build ID: 20170321232041 Actual results: Netflix says: Whoops, something went wrong... Netflix Video Player Unavailable We're having trouble playing Netflix on your browser. Please make sure you are on an official version of Firefox.
Netflix should work with FF52 on Linux according to bug 1181884. Is media.eme.enabled=true in about:config? Could you test with a fresh profile? https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Install-and-Update/Use-the-Profile-Manager-to-create-and-remove-Firefox-profiles/ta-p/2914
Component: Untriaged → Audio/Video: Playback
Product: Firefox → Core
media.eme.enabled is set to true. It plays with a new profile. Do you have suggestions about making it work with my existing profile? I don't want to loose it.
Did you try to remove cookies related to Twitch and browser cache?
I cleared all the cookies and it worked. Thanks.
