In bug 1324919 we are adding in a login API. But we don't have any events for when a login is changed. These are standard in most of the other WebExtension APIs and include events like onRemoved, onChanged, onCreated. I think we should have similar events for this API.

This should simply be part of the requirements on the initial api rather than a followup.
