In bug 1309271, we have a report of browser menubar menus not announcing under e10s. 

STR:

1) Open Window Narrator
2) keyboard: alt

result: hidden browser menubar displays

3) keyboard: down arrow

expected and result: New Tab menu option is highlighted and narrator narrates "New Tab"

Navigating through menus works with Narrator and e10s. Occasionally I get a long pause between the arrow key navigation and the narration, but I can repo that with both e10s and non-e10s.

AFAICT, this bug is WFM. However I can't test using NVDA. David, can your crew confirm?
