the needinfo dropdown for the triage owner should display the name and email address when selected

...just like selecting the "reporter", "myself", "assignee", etc. options. I find the addition of the triage owner option super-useful, but it threw me initially that selecting the option didn't show me who would be needinfo'd (it still throws me now, even after using it for a couple of days).
