Devices:
-LG G4 (Android 6);
-Motorola Nexus 6 (Android 7.0)
Build: Nightly 55.0a1 (2017-04-18);
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install and open the twitter.com/ pokedex.org web app.
2. Open an external link (e.g. a NY times article).
3. Tap the device back button.
Expected result:
When returning to the twitter homepage, the URL bar should disappear.
Actual result:
The external URL remains displayed until you open a different link.
Notes:
Observed only on the twitter and pokedex web apps.

This is the same bug, but the other bug already had a patch in progress
