Per bug 1353571 comment 35, importing FxAccountsWebChannel (which also pulls FxAccountsCommon) is fairly expensive.
We could probably do better and import that module only when we actually need it.
Ideas?
We don't need that now, profiling shown it was not a big problem actually.
