files in ftp directories not clickable

Details

All items in ftp directories are showing up as directories. We need to recognize
which ones are files and turn them into links, much as file:// URL's is doing.

For an example, try
ftp://sweetlou/products/client/seamonkey/windows/32bit/x86/current/

Even though ftp download isn't working yet :-)

jud fixed symlinks today: i think that's what this bug was referring to, because
regular files WORKFORME.
