User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0
Build ID: 20170413192749
Steps to reproduce:
I simply watched some pictures in Firefox.
Actual results:
A few days ago, when I watch somes pictures in Firefox, some of them appear darker than the originals. But when I download them, they appear with the right colors in my pictures viewer.
So, there is no doubt ! The problem comes from Firefox. Moreover, I have the same problem on my two computers.
But this problem seams to be very recent.
Expected results:
The pictures watched in Firefox shoud appear like the originals, and not darker.

Hello,
For an example, the attached file name "Tomb Raider II - Original picture.png" is the original picture.

If the two attached files look identical for you, you have the same problem, and the only way to see the difference is to download them.

But it's bizarre ! Some pictures looks normal while others looks darker. And it doesn't seem that it's relative to the extension of the picture file.
I don't know. You are the experts ! ^_^

I just upload the PNG picture a second time, to be sure if it comes from the file format or not.

Maybe the problem is not from Firefox !?!
In fact, at the beginning, I took the picture named "Tomb Raider II - Original picture.png" from NoelShack, a pictures hosting where i uploaded this picture.
Here is the picture from this site :
http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2017/16/1492785883-05-tomb-raider-ii-16-9-horizontal.png
The strange thing is, that when we download this picture, the picture looks normal.
The picture named "Tomb Raider II - Picture in Firefox (darker).png" was a capture from the wrong picture, so it's normal it's dark.
