Please refer to the Account Setup Spec for clarification if necessary.

Overview: All the Account Wizard Dialogs currently have a "Finish" button. To
match the spec, all "Finish" buttons should be removed. The only dialog which
should have a "Finish" button is the "Congratulations" dialog which is the last
one.

FYI -- if user clicks Finish instead of cancel, say, on the first page they wind
up with an empty account entry in the account setup dialog AND an empty
account/server icon in the folder pane.

The "Finish" button has been removed from all Account Wizard dialogs which
almost correct. The problem is that the "Congratulations" dialog should have a
"Finish" button but it doesn't. Account Setup Spec:

right, I just need to change the word "Next" to "Finish" when it's on the last
page.

Verified Fixed.

The last Account Wizard dialog has a Finish button. Also the text at the bottom
which states "click next to continue ..." has been removed.
