1358841 - “Mozilla Firefox Web Browser” not localized in page title of firefox/all and firstrun

Noticed that this English string is visible in the page title of https://www.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/52.0.2/firstrun/ — which is the first thing people see when they install Firefox

And the same string is visible in the page title of https://www.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/all/ (visible in the tab and when shared on Facebook)

The string should be this one: https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/blob/master/bedrock/firefox/templates/firefox/base-pebbles.html#L9

At first glance, we don’t have this string localized anywhere (unless it has been removed at some point), so we can’t just import existing translations.
