User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020313
BuildID: 2002031312
if you display this page, the scrollwheel of the mouse, which works fine with
all other pages, doesn't work for the right content frame.
Asking the authors about this, they said, this might be due heavy use of CSS.
Actually only the IE seems to interpret this well and all the other browsers fail.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start mozilla
2.go to the URL http://ariadne.muze.nl/tutorials/admin/sites/
3.try to scroll the right content frame with the scroll wheel of the mouse
Actual Results: the pages content didn't move
Expected Results: the pages content should move according to the movement of
the scrollwheel of the mouse
Also seeing this with 2002040503/Win98SE.
Scrollwheel and scroll keys (PgUp, PgDn, cursor keys etc.) both don't work.

Those are not frames btw :)
They're divs. This is a dupe of bug 97283.
