I haven't found this bug in Bugzilla, although I suspect somebody already posted
it. When I get a japanese E-Mail the header and the body get displayed
correctly. But in the title bar only "??????????" is displayed. This goes also
for the Windows taskbar.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have yourself sent a japanese e-mail with japanese characters in the header.
2. Select the messsage.
3. Observe the title bar.

Actual Results:  Moz displays ?????????????

Expected Results:  The correct japanese font should be displayed.
