+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1312955 +++ Javaun can correct me, but I think our shipping goal is: Targeted locales: EN* Channel: Release Enrollment Numbers: 1k per branch, 3k total participants

Bearing in mind that each treatment branch has two messaging variations (no messaging/tip drawing attention to search suggestions in URLbar), so in effect we have 7 branches.
The study has shipped a couple of weeks ago.
