The file produced by the Save Page As Plain Text feature are not the same in
Mozilla & Navigator 4.75.

When saving the page at "http://www.jwz.org/" as plain text in Mozilla it
includes the contents of href tags, and applies pseudo-formatting (e.g. *bold*
for <b>bold</b>) in the output. This is not what I expected, and it also isn't
how NN4.75 works.

In comparison, if you select all & copy & paste the correct text is produced.

I'm not sure if this is "dataloss" but it's certainly data addition, irritating
and not consistent with NN4.75.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.jwz.org/

2.Choose File/Save Page As...

3.Choose "Text File" as the format

4.Click "Save"

5. Look at saved file and see where items in bold (e.g. '4A') are now surrounded
by '*' (e.g. '*4A*'). Note also '<contact.html>' and other similar artifacts are
included in the output.

6. Repeat the above actions in Netscape 4.75, compare the two files and note
that neither of the artifacts in step 5 appears.

This bug seems to be related to the implementation from bug 42441.
