The same job ran on the next several pushes in less than 50 minutes.

The android-performance.log shows a lethargic emulator:

BogoMIPS	: 230.19

compared to "normal" emulator BogoMIPS in the 400-550 range.

The failed job ran on m3.xlarge, which seems to be correlated with lower emulator BogoMIPS than c3.xlarge, but it is not hard to find m3.xlarge jobs with reasonable emulator BogoMIPS and good test performance. The host cpu and memory configuration looks entirely normal for m3.xlarge.
