136046 - main window (form) is blank except for the titlebar

mozilla (Build ID: 2002040608) starts fine, but it's pretty unusable, since 
nothing in the form itself actually "loads"

seen at this URL:
http://www.roogroup.com/blank_mozilla.gif

as you can see, only the titlebar loads.
if you launch mozilla via a link (in email, ICQ\AIM, etc), only the title of 
that page is visible -- no scroll bars or anything.

I tried earlier builds, but they presentented entirely different bugs (such as 
certain file menus missing)

hopefully this isn't just me, I hate using IE (especially since my copy locks 
up randomly when using webpages with form content)

an additional way to "fix" this (if you don't want to completely uninstall or
lose your settings), download the ZIP archive of the latest build, extract to a
folder, and copy the stuff from /bin/ into your mozilla folder (over everything
else)

it's kind of a cheap way to do it, but it worked for me (right as I realised I
should've uninstalled in the first place BEFORE installing a new build *d'oh*)
