Details
Occasionally, clicking on a <select> box causes it or the first element in the dropdown to shortly flash red, best seen by just repeatedly clicking on the box.

Debian Testing 64 bit:
1. I can confirm this, but it's not pure red, more links colourful stripes and dots (wildly mixed).
2. This bug also happens when I open a new tab, type something into the location bar and that big box with suggestions from my browsing history and bookmarks pops down. The area of this box with suggestions has those graphical anomaly also for a second.

> more *like* colourful stripes and dots
No regression: This bug is not new. I have seen it at minimum two weeks ago.
