136099 - "to"/"cc" fields do not accept keyboard input

When I compose a new email (by clicking on "Compose" button) I cannot type in
recepient's email: "To" field refuses to get focus for keyboard input when i try
to click into it. 

Note: I am now using 0.9.8 but the problem reported is with 0.9.9. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start mozilla
2.Tasks > Mail & Navigator
3.Click on "Compose" button
4. Click into the "To" field

Actual Results:  Nothing - cannot type in anything

Expected Results:  The cursor should be blicking in the text field and the field
should be accepting keyboard input

Could you try a nightly? (..but i also didn't see this error in 0.99...)
